The Death that is Fentanyl
For some time now Fentanyl has been making its way onto UK Streets right under our noses. One hit of Fentanyl can be up to 50 times stronger than Heroin so as you can imagine not only in the UK but on a major scale in the US people are dying LOTS OF PEOPLE. I have seen what goes on first hand but this Shit scares the crap out of me anyone that has an addiction to Heroin now has a 70% chance of dying from overdose with this crap. If you know of anyone that is using Heroin, please make them aware of how serious this drug really is. Here is an Article on FACTS of how hard this shitty drug has hit the US it has taken more lives than Gun Crime. THIS WEAPON OF MASS DESTRUCTION

RISING ABOVE THE SHIT
Well, what is rising above the shit I hear you say? In a nutshell, turn yourself off to the bullcrap find something to occupy your time with buy yourself a nice Applemac or something a nice laptop I am sure now/when you stop you will be able to afford one with all the spare cash flow now going on. Don't let anything drag you down if you have kids grab them hold them look at what you will lose or if you don't see your kids have a picture on you at all times write on the back what you will lose forever if you carry on.
I personally like to motivate myself every day be it reading or watching inspirational films etc it really does work alongside the power of belief.
Go our buy yourself some new clothes a Superdry coat some nice Versace jeans show the world that you're back to stay it's about putting that confidence back in yourself showing yourself that your just like everyone else (there are times we all have felt worthlesss ) it's not so much a fashion statement its more of a confidence booster if you feel confident your belief comes back and hey presto nothing is going to stop you from reaching your goals.

WHY ARE ADDICTIONS HARD TO BEAT
For many people that have never experienced addiction, this may be hard for them to understand. First things first people that have an addiction did not go out with the intent of becoming an addict a series of events may have occurred in their lives that led to them trying something they never fully understood about and that has a lifestyle worse than their current one behind it.
So what is it that makes addictions so easy to acquire and so difficult for most people to shake off? The answer lies in the chemical reward mechanisms that the human brain uses to motivate itself to act and learn.
So what is it that makes addictions so easy to acquire and so difficult for most people to shake off? The answer lies in the chemical reward mechanisms that the human brain uses to motivate itself to act and learn.
The excitement we get when we are keen to do something is produced by dopamine, a natural brain chemical, very like cocaine in its effect, that raises our emotional level so we want to take action. And the warm feelings of satisfaction we get after doing something — eating, laughing, having sex, or achieving some new understanding or skill — are produced by endorphin, another natural substance (which is similar to heroin). Working together these chemicals keep us interested in doing the biological functions that preserve the species and stretch each one of us to learn and achieve.
In a well-balanced life, a reasonable amount of natural reward is felt by the human every day, but in a life where essential emotional needs are not met and abilities are not stretched, the rewards do not come and life feels flat and meaningless.
This kind of life is rich territory for addictions to target, as every addictive substance or behaviour either stimulates a reward mechanism or provides a chemical reward directly. Dangerous activities stimulate the production of dopamine, generating a feeling of exhilaration; injecting heroin gives a warm, cosy feeling like the natural feelings of satisfaction you might get after fulfilling any biologically necessary function.

RECOVERY
Many people think of addiction recovery as a long path. While there is some truth in that, the reality is that rehabilitation is only a series of steps. Recovery starts by taking the first step to finding your place in the world without substance abuse or addiction.
It seems complicated to know what the first step is for recovery. To adequately understand the process of healing, you might want to look up at the stars. There are millions and millions of stars in the sky.
Through a complicated journey, the stars in the sky come into being through a process of steps. Recovery is the same way. You take a few steps. You find a new path. You learn new behaviours. You deal with your triggers. You start a sober lifestyle.
Look up at night and think about your life in relation to each of those stars. The universe sets the example for overcoming adversity.
For those suffering from addiction, it might seem like the whole world is out of control. In truth, some people turn to drugs or alcohol to deal with their feelings of being unable to control life. The pain and difficulty of life can be too much to tolerate for some people.
While you cannot control life, you can control addiction and learn through recovery how to break the cycle of substance abuse.
You do not continuously have to go through life feeling like your addiction has control over everything you do. You can learn how to deal with your triggers and reclaim the path of your life. It is true that recovery is not easy, but addiction is a more difficult choice.
You have the option to take control of your life and find healthy ways to deal with the pain that is fueling your addiction and substance abuse. Recovery is your opportunity to change your life.
